Finding an electrician or a contractor that you trust to do a job at a fair price without issues, attitude, or missed appointments can be daunting. Tom just replaced our electrical panel and was a pleasure to work with. He's prompt, friendly, has excellent communication, was respectful of our home and us, and answered our many questions without an issue. Panel installation completed, we realized he was also a contractor, and requested estimates on 3 more projects that we're looking at having done and we received emailed estimates promptly. Now that we've finally found an electrician/contractor that we're comfortable with, we're looking forward to getting our next project started. Highly recommend. Thanks Tom! Needed a new hot water tank installed this time. Tom got it done, quicker than anticipated. Have hot water again 😀 thx Tom

Tom was quick, professional, responsive and communicated clearly with us. We were given multiple options for quoting, and Tom was also very tidy and respectful of our home while he was removing and installing new AC units for us. He’s an absolute gentleman and professional.

Great service from Tom at Vernon Voltage.  Upgraded our electric service from 100a to 200a, and installed an EV wall charger. Great communication and excellent work.  Really appreciated the attention to detail when running the power and blending it in with the exterior of house. He also noticed our AC unit in a less than desirable state while working on the EV charger, and put together a quote for maintenance.  We now have Tom coming next week to fix that!

Yesterday was a hot, 33 C day and our ancient air conditioner packed it in. We called Tom of Vernon Voltage & Gas Fitting and even though he was fully booked, still managed to fit us in to his already long day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired our AC quickly and efficiently. He did a thorough after repair check of the entire heating/cooling system and confirmed all was OK in our electrical panel. We were impressed with how he kept in communication with us before, during and after the service call. He explained everything in a straightforward and honest way and was fair in charging for the work he did. We are going to book him for our annual fall heating system service and check and we've just dusted of our list of 'Needs to be done' electrical work because we've found the the guy we want to do it!
